September 30, 2009 Minutes

The September 30 Rock Creek Student Council General Assembly Meeting was called to order by Mr. Dugan at 10:30 in the commons. There were 14 members present. The first order of business was a homecoming details. We clarified that homecoming will be on Friday and discussed some of the details of that day. Next, Mr. Dugan reminded members to bring cookies or chips for the dance.
Next, the council brainstormed ideas for the rest of the year these included; a game night, constitution party (to finalize the constitution), ideas from regional conference, a MEL student council meeting, purchasing a podium, and ideas for King and Queen of Courts.
The next General Assembly meeting will be October 20 at 10:30 and 2:45 on the stage.
