Meet Mrs. Hodges

Hello, I am one of the first and second grade teachers at St. George Elementary. My homeroom is a combination classroom so I am fortunate to work with my students for two years!

The COLTS first and second grade students have been learning a lot of exciting things through our thematic units. There are currently 19 students in my homeroom. We can be found in the red wing of our beautiful SGES school. There are four other first and second grade homerooms in our wing. We have 94 students in our section this year.

I have taught at St. George Elementary for 27 years. My BS in Elementary Education and MS in Curriculum/Instruction degrees are both from Kansas State University (KSU).Go Wildcats!

I have three daughters and a husband of 30 years. My girls are Katie a senior at RCHS, Mindy a senior at KSU in Engineering, and Kristin a graduate of KSU. Kristin is a kindergarten teacher in Nashville, Tennessee. My husband, Rod works at KSU. We also have a dog, KJ, that is an active member in our family!
