Meet Mrs. Jensen
The fall of 2010 will mark the beginning of my 4th year as a Kindergarten teacher at Saint George Elementary. The last three years have been wonderful. I approach teaching in a very enthusiastic and positive way. We learn a lot through work, play, music and hands-on activities. I encourage the development and celebration of the differences in each individual student while fostering a love for learning and acceptances of others’ differences. I believe all children can be successful and strive to find the way that they learn best. I truly feel I have one of the best jobs in the world.
When I am not at school you’ll find me spending time with my husband, son and daughter. Our family is involved in church, music, sports and 4-H. That means you will also see me behind the steering wheel running one of the two kids to a practice or activity most every night of the week. We often are involved in a home improvement project, but look back fondly on the things we have accomplished together as a family.
